Ingredients :
Potatoes, smoked salmon, garlic, onion, celery, spices, roasted bell pepper puree and cream.
Prepration :
Add 1 quart (4 cups) of water to a cooking pot. Add one pouch of thawed bisque concentrate and one pouch of Wild Alaskan salmon pieces and stir. Bring the chowder to a low boil over medium heat and let it simmer for 15 top 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Reduce the heat to the recommended serving temperature of 165ยบ and serve. As the chowder cools, it will thicken slightly. |
