Recipe of Canned Crab Meat with Potatoes And Cream
Ingredients :
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced to medium size
- 2 cups crab meat
- ¾ cup cream
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation :
Boil the diced sweet potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water. Add crab meat, cream, butter and seasonings, Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring gently while cooking. |
