Recipe for Sausages Frankfurter with Beets
Ingredients :
- 10 beets, peeled, sliced
- 8 Frankfurter sausages

Seasonings to taste

Preparation :
Boil the sliced beets in salted water for about 30 minutes. Drain off water. Put sausages on top of beets and add seasonings and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook slowly for about 6 minutes. Then serve. |
